About me

I have been drawing and painting with great passion for over 20 years. It all started with horses—a subject that has stayed with me for a long time. But soon, it was people who fascinated me most: facial expressions, postures, and small details that tell a story. Since then, my focus has been on depicting people, without limiting myself to any particular technique. Rather, it is precisely this diversity that appeals to me.

I started taking commissions from people I knew early on: a favorite celebrity, their first car, or a portrait of a grandmother for her birthday. What still touches me deeply today are the reactions—the joy, the surprise, and often the emotional significance that a hand-drawn image can hold for someone. Knowing that my work finds a place in other people’s lives is, for me, one of the most beautiful forms of appreciation. With tattoo designs, this connection becomes even more immediate—my motifs literally get under people’s skin.

I was born in the Netherlands, grew up in Koblenz, and studied in Mannheim. Today I live in Hamburg, where I continue to pursue my passion.
